To reserve your spot for bridal makeup and hair, The Beauty Consultant Team kindly requests a 50% retainer along with a signed contract. This secures dedicated time for you and your bridal party on your special day.
When reaching out, please share as many details as possible so we can ensure a seamless experience for you.
We highly recommend early booking for wedding hair and makeup due to our limited availability. Saturdays, especially, tend to fill up swiftly since we limit the number of groups we cater to each day.

Additional Information
Travel/Lodging/Relocation
Travel is included within a 25 mile radius from Uptown Charlotte (Zip Code 28202). Any travel past the 25 mile radius is charged a mileage fee per artist, round trip. Any travel over 3 hours from 28202 is considered a destination wedding, in which lodging for the night before is required for our artists. Planning on starting services at one location (ie an AirBnb), then finishing services at another location (ie your venue)? Our artists need to pack up, drive, and set up at this new location, in which an additional fee per artist will be added.
Early Mornings
There is an early morning fee for services starting before 7:30 am.
Parking, Gratuity
If our artists need to pay for parking at the venue, this fee will be added to the invoice. Industry Standard gratuity is added to all weddings in order to take away the guesswork from the bride and ladies recieving services.
